Tuscany Touring

The April Aferrari Kitchen Firenze tour was extraordinary. I was privileged to show some amazing ladies around my city, share my friends with them, my passion for food, restaurants and cooking classes.

Feeling the spring air on my checks as we crossed the Ponte Vecchio, we visited museums, drove through the countryside and tasted cheeses and wines. 

My mother also came on the tour bringing her unique and endless energy, her love for Firenze, her love for me, the story of our family and the city, adding depth and fun to the tour. I’m fortunate and grateful to have met extraordinary women who shared their humour, integrity, stories, knowledge and passion for life with one and other, gifting endless occasions for laughter, kindness and the beginning of new friendships.

I’m so refreshed, recharged and excited by this experience I thank the women who joined me, my Italian friends who hosted and the depths and sole of Tuscany and the city of Firenze itself for everything.  Bring on the October tour!
