It has been an amazing few days preparing for the A ferrarikitchen tour. Arriving in Rome just in time to walk from Piazza Navona, through to the fountain of Trevi and onto the Spanish steps illuminated and enveloped by the crisp spring night air to go to my favorite restaurant Otello for dinner.
Moving on to Florence to meet with my amazing tour operators, choosing menus, recipes and itineraries for the tour days ahead.
